Grampians Food Co was established in 2020. Russell’s goal was to provide fresh produce for Dunkeld and the surrounding Southern Grampians Shire. The company has adopted a “no-till” garden bed system that emphasizes feeding the soil and nurturing the biology essential for creating a sustainable food source.
In 2021, the team expanded to include a new member Emily, who brings a passion for growing both fresh vegetables and beautiful flowers. Emily has designed a vibrant garden with rows of colorful blooms intertwined with lush vegetable patches, creating a harmonious blend of beauty and sustenance.
