Dunkeld & Grampians Visitor Information Centre
Open seven days a week, the Dunkeld & Grampians Visitor Information Centre offers a warm welcome at the southern gateway to the Grampians (Gariwerd). Knowledgeable staff and dedicated volunteers provide expert local advice on experiences, walks, events, accommodation, maps and travel planning, ensuring visitors feel confident, informed and inspired to explore the region.
In addition to standard visitor services, the centre is a key support hub for Grampians Peaks Trail walkers. Facilities include hot showers, mobile phone charging, and a thoughtful interpretive display showcasing Dunkeld and the Grampians landscape, stories and culture. A locally focused gift store offers quality regional products and souvenirs, while EV vehicle charging is also available, making the centre a practical and welcoming stop for both day visitors and long-distance travellers.
