Henty Estate produces exceptional cool climate wines of great finesse. Attention to detail in the vineyard combined with traditional winemaking techniques including hand plunging, basket pressing and the exclusive use of French oak enable the wines to display true varietal and regional characters. Wines produced are Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling and Chardonnay. Henty Estate is located just north of Hamilton.
