Gilly's is a well renowned restaurant, cafe and bar right in the centre of Hamilton. No only does Gilly's offer a high quality catering service for weddings, festivals, meetings and special events, it also has a substantial conference room. The Conference Room/Function Centre is an outstanding place to host an event, with a bar and extensive conference facilities. It even has a piano!
Gilly's can cater for any function - breakfast meetings, morning and afternoon teas, lunch, sit down down dinners or standing functions serving informal finger food. We cater in both our Conference/Function rooms or at a venue of our choice.
